The
revitalization of East Franklinton into a district of creative
entrepreneurs and residents as a city priority was announced by Mayor
Michael B. Coleman at the 2011 State of the City. The city has invested
in various initiatives, recently completed a revitalization plan and
adopted two key incentives. The plan forecasts over 4,000 new residences
and over 500,000 square feet of arts, retail, incubator and office
space over the next 20 years. This web page has been established to
